Once Register your Outlet, you will be asked to submit documents to help us verify your business/ outlet. Like your GST number and business account details. It helps us to serve you better. Outlet name should be same as on GST Registration Certificate. And once the verification formalities are completed, you can create your services and other functionalities with the help of guidance available on Wellnessta. If you face any issues, you can send us inquiry and we will contact you to set up your account and train you on our platform. Selling online has never been easier! Yes, you need to provide us with your GSTIN Registration Certificate to be able to sell offers on wellnessta.com. In case you are not eligible for a GSTIN, you’d need to furnish a proof to corroborate the same. A GST form (valid GSTIN number or exemption note) needs to fill at the time of offer creation which is verified by our systems for invoicing purposes.
We will notify you on mail and SMS when you will get a booking. You can see the booking details on your dashboard calendar. Please make sure you remain logged in on Wellnessta and that you are ready to serve the customer on time.
All booking of your will get reflected on your Dashboard. Our Vendor Android and iOS App has a QR Code scanner feature. At the time of check-in, customers will show you QR code on his mobile which you can scan from Vendor App to validate the authenticity of booking. You can also validate booking through Booking ID.

Any time we release something important, you'll be notified through the bell icon in the top right-hand corner and you may get email or SMS updates from us time to time. At Wellnessta, we are forever working on making improvements and adding your requested feature, so you'll find new features are usually released every now and then.
Wellnessta software is cloud based so you can log into your Wellnessta account from any device using a internet browser or through Android or iOS Vendor App anytime, anywhere. We do not have any special hardware requirements and as a result, Wellnessta will work with any hardware that is compatible with your device.
If customer cancels the appointment, we will notify you by SMS and Email. Post cooling off period of half an hour, if there is any no show of booking, customer will not be refunded the booking amount.
Full amount (included convenience fee) has to be refunded to customer incase you cancel a booking.
Please know that if you cancel booking your rating on Wellnessta may fall and you may attract negative customer reviews. In case, due to forced reasons you are not able to offer honour Wellnessta bookings, it is advised to deactivate your booking option on Wellnessta or reach out to customers who have already made booking at your outlet well in advance.
In case customer does not come for service on expiry of 30 minutes cooling off period and he did not cancel the appointment, then there would not be any refund to customer. This will be treated as service offered. However, a customer may raise a complaint ticket with our customer care and in such case, matter will be investigated by our team for a resolution. Your payment will be processed as per the terms post resolution.

Sorry, we do not offer option of refund or cancel subscription before the expiry date. You have option of choosing upgrade, auto renew or unsubscribe your selected subscription plan. Notification of subscription renewal or expiry is sent to you.
No, if customer has made the payment, you will be liable to provide services to customer as per the booking. You will get the payment in a week time or as per our pay-out terms for vendors on a pre-decided cycle.
No, you will be charged commission based on the subscription plan you select. Our commission will be fixed irrespective of amount of service and type of outlet you are.

All add-on features or services of Wellnessta can be bought by you online and you can pay online using various options like Credit Card, Debit Card, IMPS, Net Banking or UPI Wallet etc.
